What Nimbo Shield does

Nimbo Shield, provided by Nimbosoft Ltd, runs automated checks of what is visible about your website and email from the internet, gives guidance on fixing what it finds, and alerts you to changes. It is guidance and monitoring, not a guarantee: no service can promise you won't be attacked, and you remain responsible for your own systems.

Only check what you own

You must only add websites you own or are authorised to manage. Deeper checks only run after you prove ownership.

Plans, trials and cancelling

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe.
• Your first paid plan can start with a 14-day free trial without card details. If you don't add a card, you return to the free plan.
• Cancel any time from your account; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
• Extra question packs are one-off purchases and don't expire.

Fair use

Don't use the service to check other people's websites without permission, to harass anyone, or to overload our systems.

Liability

We take care to make our checks and guidance accurate, but they may not find every problem. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
