Privacy
What we keep, why, and how to have it deleted. In plain English.
Nimbo Shield is run by Nimbosoft Ltd ("we"). Contact: info@nimbosoft.co.uk.
What we collect
- Your account: email address, and the name, business name and web designer's email if you add them.
- Your websites and results: the domains you add and what our checks find.
- Free checks run without an account: the domain checked and the result, kept for 90 days.
- Messages you ask us to check: emails you paste or forward, and questions you ask the assistant.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Who processes it for us
- Anthropic (the company behind Claude) processes messages you ask us to check and assistant questions, to produce the answers. They may process this outside the UK.
- Stripe for payments, Hostinger for servers and sending email.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as you have an account. Ask us to close your account and we'll delete it, apart from payment records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
